Donations

As a non-profit Trust, Openly Positive depends on donations, sponsorships and funding to survive and carry out our activities.

The Openly Positive Trust is a newly-registered Trust in South Africa, with the registration number IT 4325/2007. We are also a public benefit organisation with the registration number PBO 930025674. This means that donations to The Openly Positive Trust are exempt from donations tax under South Africa’s Income Tax Act.
