Derrick Fine speaks to the Fisantekraal community.

On 1 December 2010, Derrick Fine spoke to a community World AIDS Day commemoration gathering at the Fisantekraal Library on what they could do to promote positive living and human rights around HIV. 

Later on the same day, Derrick addressed the entire factory workforce at ROGZ in Montague Gardens on the importance of HIV testing, and supporting co-workers and community members living with and affected by HIV. Their workplace HIV support group sang and shared what they were doing to support each other, and took the initiative to translate the action points from Derrick’s talk into an isiXhosa handout for workers to keep and pass on to others.
